Assistant Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator In 2011, the city of Hudson completed a $12.5 Million-dollar upgrade of its Activated Sludge Waste Water Treatment Plant. We are currently recruiting a licensed NYS DEC Licensed 2A Operator to become part of our team. The new plant utilizes the most current technology and is responsible to treat 6 MGD, while disinfecting an additional 11 MGD.
