Important Information for 2012 NYRWA Conference Exhibitors

The NYRWA will continue using an online registration system for registering and paying for booth space at our annual conference at The Turning Stone Resort in Verona, NY. Booth registrations can only be made on the NYRWA website: www.nyruralwater.org. This will be the only method of registration and payment. On the website, an interested vendor can view the Exhibit Hall layout, complete with company names of purchased booths. This process will allow vendors to pick a booth location to best fit their needs. (Please choose your booth carefully as your selection is final!) Payment methods accepted are: Echeck and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Vendors that would like to become an Associate Member may do so at the time of registration. (New members only, not renewal memberships) If anyone has a problem, or needs help in the process, they may call 1-888-697-8725 for assistance. Booths will go on sale Tuesday, January 24, 2012, starting at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), on a first come, first served basis. Please read the important information and pricing below.

  • NYRWA reserves the right to move conflicting booth spaces.
  • If you would like to purchase more than one booth, you will need to open a new browser for each booth you would like to purchase. In each browser, go as far as necessary to select a booth. Once selected, you will have seven minutes to complete the registration in each browser. (This is only necessary if you are concerned about obtaining specific booth spaces.)
  • If you are unsure whether you're a member or not, please call the NYRWA office to verify, prior to January 24, 2012.
  • Before you begin the online registration process, be sure to have your company's description of services ready. This is required to complete your registration. (Tip: prepare this beforehand in a text editor, then copy and paste into the online form.)
  • All booth attendee names are required at time of registration, however, they may be changed, if necessary, no later than May 1, 2012. (No walk-ins permitted.)
  • Booth package includes TWO booth attendees, which include two breakfast and two lunch meal tickets per attendee for Tuesday and Wednesday. Any additional booth attendees will be charged $200.00 per person, which includes registration fees, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. Dinner tickets are not include, information will be mailed with the confirmation packet.
  • All hotel reservations are to be made through The Turning Stone Resort. Hotel registration can be done by calling The Turning Stone Resort at 1-800-771-7711.

To insure the group rate of $119.00 per night, please indicate you are with the NYRWA event.
