New York Rural Water Association (NYRWA) is a not-for-profit organization organized in 1979 with the goal of promoting the development, improvement, and sound operation of rural drinking water and wastewater systems throughout New York State. Consistent with our desire to protect the integrity of rural water resources, New York Rural Water Association recently expanded its scope to offer training, technical, and administrative assistance to rural communities and systems in need of capacity development.
