NYRWA provides free on-site technical assistance to small and rural water and wastewater systems through the ARRA Circuit Rider Program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service. This program provides assistance to communities in applying for Stimulus Funding for water and wastewater projects. It also provides assistance with moving projects on the backlog list forward. If your community has experienced delays in moving forward our Circuit Riders are available to assist with meetings, agency folks, environmental reviews, working with engineers, etc. This is a good opportunity to receive grants and loans while these federal dollars are available.
